I think my favourite thing about NCT’s tour is the fact that each member of 127 was given a city, then they personally went online and asked for tourists recommendations, and they genuinely read and considered them and went to the places we told them too. It’s nice to see them interacting so much, giving honest replies, and then showing that they’re listening to us. I think this concept was very cute, and a good move on SM. I also like that they each have their own # for their city and upload regular videos of themselves going to the recommended places with the date of their choice.

There are a lot of fake woke kpop fans. I think it’s time for more ppl to just admit when they dislike an idol and stop hiding behind “it’s because they’re problematic” exuse. Not all kpop fans are like this obviously, but i’ve seen far too many kpop fans bash idols for problematic behavior but turn right around and continue to support their faves who have done the same things. It’s okay to be upset when idols are problematic, but make sure you are honest about whether you really care about the situation if you’re going to bash some idol for their behavior while making excuses and defending the ones you stan.

One of my biggest fears with my faves coming to America is that they’ll leave thinking “That was awful” and unfortunately, I feel like that’s the direction NCT are headed with the US portion of their tour. They were stalked, disrespected, had fans break onto their bus, and I feel so bad. I really hope they don’t leave thinking bad thoughts about the US portion, but I fear they will. I could also just be overthinking but it’s still a fear.

It’s nice to know that as kpop gets bigger, rookie groups will have a better chance of making it. When I got into kpop in 2012, I was super deep into the fandom and all the groups but I rarely heard of any rookie groups unless they were from big companies. Nowadays, I really only stan two or three groups and sort of casually listen to the rest, but I’m hearing about all these rookies left and right. It gives me hope that more groups will be able to succeed.

I find it funny that from someone I knew, Suga’s personality is quite the same like the way he showed it, sometimes rude and unapologetic, Which I find it totally fine until I heard Seesaw and Spring Days. Both song written by him and for his demeanor had wide contrast to the song that he produced, I find it very funny for the sake of the irony in it.

i felt quite bored with current idol’s schedule sometimes. it’s like a recycle. korean comeback —> asian/world tour —> japan comeback —> korean comeback again —> end year awards performances —> repeat the same cycle. the reasons why the variety shows didn’t invite the idols nowadays simply because of the tight schedules. yet people are wondering why the group didn’t get many supports from kfans although they have exposure outside korea.

Some SONES are really arrogant. If you don’t think SNSD is the best korean girl group ever, then you have no taste and is biased. If you think TWICE is the new girl group of the nation or of the 3rd generation, you are a stupid and arrogant 3rd generation stan or ONCE. Sometimes we are not disrespecting SNSD or it’s generation, you know? We are just having an OPINION.
